Claire is an avid runner, cyclist, swimmer and yoga practitioner. She loves spending time on the trail with her husband, Levi, her son, Boone, and her dog, Stella.

Claire brings a whole body approach to treatment, looking at the whole kinetic chain. She uses her background as an athlete and yoga instructor combined with knowledge of the musculoskeletal and neuromuscular systems to optimize your body’s movement and help you achieve your goals.
